The Sai Dictum
Apocalypse, Prayala or Worldwide Destruction?

Sai Baba reading

Has the Sai Dictum prophecy of destruction and catastrophe arrived in your mailbox?

Has a friend or co-worker asked you if it true or not?

Have you wondered about it yourself?

Much of the material is proven false, and predictions made earlier have not come to pass.

This raises a lot of questions in everyone's mind.

The material in the Sai Dictum raises a lot of issues -- and these issues centre around the Love of God, the purpose of life on Earth, and what it means to be a Devotee of God.

Above all, these predictions create fear and anxiety about the future.

  • Is our future really secure if horrible disasters are going to happen?
  • What about our children, our families, our homes?
  • These predictions say my country is going to have nuclear accidents and go under water. What am I to do?
  • Is global warming a real threat?
  • Is climate change going to affect us all?
  • Will Sai Baba save the Earth?

These questions affect us all - in many ways.

No one likes to live with uncertainty as to whether or not the Sun will rise tomorrow, whether or not the light will come when I turn the switch tomorrow, if the radio will work or not, will my mobile phone work? Will I be able to ring and get help if I have any problems? Is there really is any purpose sending my children to school tomorrow if the world as we know it is going to end?

A lot of questions. All good questions. What is true? What is false? What should I do? How do I find out if I am affected? If I am affected, what then must I do to protect my home, my family?

Who is saying all these things? What are these horrid prophecies? Did Sai Baba really make these prophecies? Where do I find out? What do I do? How do I know what Sai Baba has really said, and what is untrue in these prophecies? WHO is saying these things?

A Blog has been setup to make available all the evidence so that you can see and judge for yourself. The purpose of these pages is to assess and comment on the veracity of the Sai Dictum, sometimes called the Sai Ram Dictum.

The Sai Dictum consists of some 21 predictions allegedly given by Sai Baba about the end of an era sometimes called Kali Yuga and the alleged beginning of a new age which might be called Sathya Yuga. It lists various catastrophes consisting of earth changes, earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, nuclear accidents, epidemics and continents submerging into the waters, etc., etc. It is a harrowing and pitiless litany of woe and disaster.

The Sai Dictum was scraped from a talk given by Sai Baba to students in Ooty, in 1978, wherein Sai Baba is said to have materialised a map of India with lights on it and some script in Sanskrit. Boys examined this and tried to read the text. It is told that Baba got angry and threw the map into the corner where from it subsequently disappeared. During that session, it was alleged that Sai Baba made prophecies about geophysical and demographic changes to India.

This has been circulated under the general title of the Sai Dictum and resurfaces from time to time. Now, it has come to light that this Dictum has been added to by means of asking Sai Baba questions in absentia using a pendulum for Yes and No answers. The Sai Dictum Blog tells the full story of this. There are also references to the talk given by Issac Tigrett at the Sai Baba Centre of Dallas and the predictions made during that talk.

We have to ask questions about these issues. Sai Baba is a Poorna (full) Avatar and has 50 or more millions of devotees all around the earth. More and more people are coming to Sai Baba day by day. What does it all mean, these predictions of disaster and catastrophe, if Sai Baba is here, promising that the Golden Age will come?

What about the mission and the teachings of Sai Baba? What does this have to say with respect to the various catastrophes and the disaster predictions? What of the great works like the Water Projects and the Super Specialty Hospitals? And what of the five human values, what do all these things say to predictions of nuclear accidents, comets hitting the earth, catastrophes?

The mission, the great works, the teachings and the restoration of the Vedas in the form of the five human values, all these have to be brought into account and used to balance the scales with the predictions of disaster, upheaval and catastrophes listed in that document called the Sai Dictum - which alleges that Sai Baba is the source.
